This very individual project is such a test for the architect to proof that contemporary design language is affordable for small house.

The challenge is combining ‘cheap’ materials from rectangular hollow steel as main structure with 2nd class timber & aluminium frame to suit the very minimum budget.
The result is a very practical & functional modern house as a standing icon to the environment.
