The project is total refurbisment of existing traditional market with additional space for modern
retail & carpark building at the top. The massive 43.700 sqm retail space will replace the historical Pasar Mayestik with modern concept of traditional market.

Another contribution to the public is total recondition of existing road into spacious pedestrian
linkage which devided the massing into two blocks and conected with bridge at upper level.
